On the occasion of the death anniversary of Comrade (Late) Palatheru Tirupati Rao (August 8), we pay our heartfelt tributes to this distinguished son of the Sistakaranam community.
A resident of Gangammapeta, he was a prominent Sistakaranam personality, a dedicated teacher, and the Branch Secretary of APTF (Andhra Pradesh Teachers Federation), Kurupam Committee. He was also a devoted follower of former Minister Sri Shatruchala Vijaya Rama Raju.
In 1991, his family established the Palatheru Tirupati Rao Memorial Education Society in Parvathipuram in his memory. Under the auspices of this society, Sri Durga School continues to serve students to this day.
As a tribute to his services, on 8 August 1985, APTF constructed a memorial monument in his honour at Gangammapeta.
On 8 August 2023, Hon. MLC Sri Raghuvarma visited Gangammapeta and paid tributes at this memorial.
We bow our heads in reverence to this great soul who dedicated his life to education and community service.

1991 లో వీరి కుటుంబసభ్యులు పార్వతీపురం లో పాలతేరు తిరుపతిరావు మెమోరియల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ సొసైటీ స్థాపించారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఆ సొసైటీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో శ్రీ దుర్గా స్కూల్ నిర్వహించబడుతోంది.
వీరి సేవలకు గుర్తుగా 8-8-1985 న APTF వారు గంగమ్మపేటలో వీరి స్మారక చిహ్నం నిర్మించారు.
8-8-2023 నాడు గౌరవ MLC శ్రీ రఘువర్మ గారు గంగమ్మపేట వచ్చి నివాళులు అర్పించారు.
